Namibia on the cards!

If there was probably one thing I'm grateful to my parents for, is that they have exposed me to travelling from an early age. And today, because of that - I think it's safe to say that the travel bug bit me!
I believe you should always try new things, meet new people, see new places. Sometimes we are so set in our ways, and have become so comfortable in our own space - that something new either frightens us - because it's unknown; or we choose to limit ourselves. Yes we do.

We come up with all sorts of excuses: "oh, I don't have time"; "I don't have enough money"; "I still need to finish this or that..." - there's always an excuse.
Sometimes we just need to decide - and take action. DO!

Last year was one of my best years I admit - I was accepted to complete my Management Degree; part time - so I already knew my year is set out for me! None the less, a friend of mine and myself one day just chatted about where we would like to go next. One thing led to another; I found myself requesting quotes and researching - and not too long after, our flights and accommodation was booked! We were set to go to Thailand late November 2015. It was the absolute best time.

From the humid weather..(I thought I was going to die! LOL), to the strange combinations of food, from night life - to adjusting to the new timezone - oh, and was THAT an adjustment!

All in all - a brilliant time in a beautiful country!

Tomorrow I leave for Namibia; yes a bit of a holiday - and I am so looking forward to it. The first trip that I still to this moment am not even prepared for in normal 'Estelle fashion'; haha... packing will most probably only happen tomorrow morning the ways things are going at the moment. But I'm excited because:

I've never been to Namibia - I hear it's a beautiful place, and I can't wait to see, and experience the dunes - the sun...!
I'm travelling with my friend - and it's our first trip together on our own. I'm looking forward to spending great time with more friends on that side too.
Just to be in a different place.

So as much as I can - I will capture most of my moments!
I can't wait to share that with all of you!
